Step-by-Step Cleaning Process

Dry Vacuuming — The process begins with a thorough dry vacuuming using high-powered equipment. This step effectively removes loose dust, dirt, pet hair, crumbs, dead skin cells, and surface debris from the entire mattress.
Shampoo Application & Scrubbing — A premium upholstery shampoo solution is applied evenly on the mattress surface. We then gently scrub the entire area using soft brushes and microfiber cloths. Extra attention and scrubbing is given to stained and heavily soiled areas to lift stubborn dirt.
Dirt Removal — Using powerful vacuum extraction, we suck out the dirty water, dissolved grime, and shampoo residue directly into our waste water tank. This leaves the mattress approximately 70-80% dry immediately after cleaning.
Drying — The mattress is left to air dry completely, which usually takes 2-4 hours. We recommend keeping fans on to speed up the drying process and achieve the best results.

Our team always makes every possible effort to improve stain appearance and remove stubborn marks. However, in some cases, due to the age of the stain, carpet material, or permanent discoloration, certain stains may remain visible after cleaning.
